Maximizing Authentic Connection


Connection requires holding each other in a profound grip of common values. With my lived expeirece, for the masculine to needs to focus on these 5 values and we will go through them as if we are counting through each finger on our hand. When they all come together they form the hand on profound connection that you can bring forth to the feminine for an authentic connection.




Over the next two months,  with the help of this course framework I will show you several techniques and practices I have developed to create a sense of holistic awareness. With practice and dedicated effort you too will be able to use these in your life to create a greater sense of wellbeing and fulfillment.

Month 1 Cultivating Emotional Intelligence

Week 1  

Solo - Read through course and select a journal and pen to begin practicing.

Duo - Give course and discuss intro instructions and questions

Week 2  

Solo - Continue to practice, make 3-5 maps this week

Duo - Talk through maps done so far and clarify things, also add 2nd layer of questioning to see if through cover emotions

Week 3  

Solo - Discuss challenges and recurring themes, continue to make maps, but focus on creation of “I am here” media file

Duo - Show and tell of my own file and creation process, give ideas for additional music and flow and pacing of recording to create further opening of emotion

Week 4  

Solo - Listen to your recording then make 3-5 maps this week 

Duo - Make sure everything is conveniently setup so that it allows for easy access and consistency


Month 2 Cultivating Linguistic Intent

Week 1  

Solo - Take 20-30 mins and read through the course. Write down any questions you want clarified in our discussion next week.

Duo - Practice Breathwork Together.

Week 2  

Solo - Use your timer setup to practice sitting and counting your breaths for 10 mins, shoot for 3-5 times in a week.

Duo - Give timer and go over setup and operation.

Week 3  

Solo - Microdose 15-30min before a meditation session and see how it changes things, ideally you will be able to feel into sensation and awareness more deeply, producing insight.

Duo - Go over declaring intention and practice some examples together and record one to a file

Week 4  

Solo - Practice everything together, 100 breaths to start, set timer for meditation to still the mind, and finally listen to your recording to lock into the intention
